The Fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund (“ETF”) that seeks to achieve its investment objective by providing economic exposure to computing capacity resources (“Computational Power” or “Compute”) by investing in standardized financial contracts for Compute (“Compute Futures”). Applications of Computational Power, include cloud computing, high-performance computing and storage required to run calculations, process data, and train artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning models.
Under normal circumstances, the Fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus borrowings for investment purposes) in financial instruments that provide exposure to Computational Power. For purposes of compliance with this investment policy, derivative contracts will be valued at their notional value. The derivative instruments the Fund will primarily utilize are exchange-listed or centrally cleared futures contracts and swap agreements.
The Fund is classified as “non-diversified” under the Investment Company Act of 1940 (the “1940 Act”).
