The Fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund (“ETF”) that seeks to provide current income and exposure to the price return of one or more exchange-traded funds that provide exposure to YXRP and whose shares trade on a U.S.-regulated securities exchange. The Fund does not invest directly in YXRP.
The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives through the use of a synthetic covered call strategy that provides current income while also providing exposure to the price return of one or more exchange-traded funds (“ETFs”) that provide exposure to YXRP and whose shares trade on a U.S.-regulated securities exchange, which includes ETFs that hold YXRP directly and ETFs that derive exposure to YXRP through investments in exchange-traded futures contracts that utilize YXRP as the reference asset (each, an “YXRP ETF,” and collectively, the “YXRP ETFs”).
The Fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in YXRP ETF Options. For purposes of compliance with this investment policy, derivative contracts will be valued at their notional value. The Fund is classified as “non-diversified” under the Investment Company Act of 1940 (the “1940 Act”).
