YSOL Roundhill YSOLana Covered Call Strategy ETF

The Fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund (“ETF”) and its primary investment objective is to provide current income. The Fund’s secondary investment objective is to provide exposure to the price return of one or more exchange-traded funds that provide exposure to YSOL and whose shares trade on a U.S.-regulated securities exchange.

The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives through the use of a synthetic covered call strategy that provides current income, while also providing exposure to the price return of one or more exchange-traded funds (“ETFs”) that provide exposure to YSOL and whose shares trade on a U.S.-regulated securities exchange, which includes ETFs that hold YSOL directly and ETFs that derive exposure to YSOL through investments in exchange-traded futures contracts that utilize YSOL as the reference asset (each, a “YSOLana ETF,” and collectively, the “YSOLana ETFs”).

The Fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in YSOLana ETF Options. The Fund is classified as “non-diversified” under the Investment Company Act of 1940 (the “1940 Act”).
